We have an opportunity available for a Change Analyst to join our Digital Team.
Location: Syndney/ Melbourne / Perth
Open for Permanent / Fixed Term contract / Daily rate
Daily rate: AUD 650 INC super
Permanent / Fixed term contract: Analyst and Consultant Level.
The Change Analyst role will ensure operational change readiness for the adoption of application based. This role holder will work closely with other change leadership and project resources across in-flight projects and business lines.
Key Attributes for success in this project:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of Relevant Experience in Change Management.
Strong track record of organizational and operational change experience. Demonstratable experience in managing complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully support transition of people and business processes to new ways of working.
Ability to influence outcomes with stakeholder and governance experience.
Experience in blended technology and business delivery projects.
Significant Change Management experience in Operational Change including HR and Process change across whole-of-business transition initiatives.
Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders across large and complex organizations
Ability to work with tight deadlines and changing requirements.
Enthusiastic and hands on when needed, willing to step up and support the change management team and wider business as required.
Responsibilities and Key Outcomes:
Refine and manage the change plan to deliver agreed capabilities and support business benefits delivery within agreed time and budget.
Assess, scope, and define the required change for launch readiness to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned with Program requirements.
Collaborate with the Snr Project Manager and the MFA team members to ensure stakeholder management and communications is cohesive and clear.
Identify, monitor, and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
Ensure change-related risk (people, operations, organisational) is identified and managed within desired levels according to agreed risk frameworks. This includes highlighting and championing potential impacts associated with the change, developing of mitigation plans with associated costs and benefits; and facilitating informed discussions about change-related risks with the change leadership, change team, and project stakeholders.
