Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the CEO, Senior Project Manager, HR, Operations, and Legal teams to develop and implement a strategic communication plan for the divestment of underperforming services before Christmas.
Lead communications related to people change projects, managing confidential, high-pressure situations with sensitivity and precision.
Collaborate with sales brokers and legal teams to ensure that external messages regarding divestments are clear, aligned, and strategic.
Ensure that all internal communications are carefully timed and managed to avoid creating unnecessary challenges, particularly regarding sensitive divestment and acquisition activities.
Support area managers and state managers across various sites, primarily on the East Coast (NSW, VIC, QLD), by facilitating key discussions and negotiations.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing high-volume, people-centric change projects, particularly in the context of divestments or acquisitions within the sector.
Ability to navigate and communicate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, with a strong understanding of privacy considerations and legal implications.
Willingness to travel to various sites as part of the change plan, with a focus on key discussions and support.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging conversations and stakeholders.
