Join our dynamic Business Transformation team as a Change Communications Coordinator!In this role, you'll support the effective rollout of change initiatives, assisting with communication plans and creating engaging content to ensure seamless adoption of our transformation projects.
Working closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in supporting change communication, training, and project visibility across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:Support the creation and delivery of standard change management documentation, such as training and support materials and training and communication schedules to ease the transition for end users.Assist in rolling out and delivering impactful communication plans for the Business Transformation program, ensuring clarity and engagement across all initiatives.Oversee the Program SharePoint site, ensuring all modules are current and easily accessible for end users and stakeholders.Coordinate consultations with end users and stakeholders through focus groups, townhalls, and roadshows to facilitate smooth project implementation.Collect, analyse, and report on training evaluations and attendance at Business Transformation training sessions to track engagement and inform future training needs.Organise and provide administrative support for workshops, focus groups, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee engagement.Contribute to the development of engaging updates, such as Snapshots, SharePoint pages, and Newsletters, to keep the organisation informed of Business Transformation progress. Qualifications & Experience:Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within business transformation or change management.Skilled in ICT applications, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and intranet platforms.Familiarity with Agile project management principles and practices.Strong documentation skills with experience drafting reports, templates, plans, and process documents.Proven ability to build positive relationships, negotiate outcomes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, drawing actionable insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
