The range of services we provide includes: Business strategy Operating model design and execution Strategy execution - primarily transformational in nature Program and portfolio management Project management Data and insights Change management Communications We are seeking a Change & Communications Consultant in either a permanent or contract capacity to work on client engagements in Canberra. As most of our work in Canberra is with government, you will need a NV1 security clearance at a minimum. About You 3-5 years change and communications experience in complex environments, across a range of government and business contexts. Ability to design and roll-out change management frameworks across organisations and utilise best practice change tools and techniques to drive adoption of new systems and ways of working. Experience writing formal and informal communications, key messages, speaking notes, and FAQ's etc, particularly suitable for government context. Ability to provide advice and input in the development of breakthrough communications (setting them apart from the norm). Experience managing a Change Network to deliver and support changes and communications within teams. Experience managing multiple ongoing and concurrent projects and initiatives. Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
