The opportunityIn this role, you will lead the change management and training component of the implementation of a new payroll and human resources information system (HRIS), in consultation with key stakeholders. As a project specialist, delivering system-wide change and training, you will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all payroll (HRIS) functions.
About youEmpathy with the values and ethos of the Catholic faithDemonstrated experience in supporting change and project management practicesExperience in learning design and development and coordinating professional learningCandidates with experience working in an education and/or payroll and human resources setting or similar will be highly regarded.
