Change And Communications Specialist

Other (Information & Communication Technology) Vectiq are looking for an experienced Change and Comms Specialist to work as part of a collaborative and highly motivated team within a Federal Government department in Canberra. Work Arrangement Flexible and remote working option is available. Preference is for the candidate to be based in Canberra. Responsibilities Communicate change objectives, benefits, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Monitor integration progress, identify issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Requirement gathering through meetings and workshops. Develop use cases, and user acceptance testing cases, troubleshooting configuration problems, etc. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure delivery of high-quality products. Provide coaching and training, conduct webinars, and upskilling sessions. About You  Built and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including stakeholders, researchers, analysts, and technical staff to define and communicate people's needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent documentation skills. Proven experience working in an agile environment in a user research and business function capacity.
