As a Change and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Urbis' Program Management Office (PMO), which is tasked with overseeing the implementation of our strategy. You will be instrumental in facilitating change and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation.In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy Manager, Group Director of Markets & Strategy, and other key stakeholders to drive strategic growth aspirations and subsequent transformation. This includes the development of a change management strategy, plus actionable and targeted change management plans (including change leadership plan, communication plan, education and training plan and resistance management plan). You will also develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the change process.Your Key Responsibilities:Developing a change management strategy to outline the approach to managing change across the business, including the processes, tools and techniques that will be used.Developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (including change leadership plan, communication plan, education and training plan and resistance management plan).Leading the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.Collaborating with the Strategy Manager and PMO to guide and communicate the implementation of Urbis' corporate strategy.Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the change process.Tracking performance of discrete change initiatives relative to agreed strategic KPIs, ensuring these are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.Supporting the PMO in the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully implemented in line with PMO guidelines and objectives.Addressing potential risks and points of resistance, developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns through effective communication strategies.About You:5 years' experience in a change management and communications role within a professional service, or corporate environment.Accompanying and relevant bachelor's degree.Advanced level knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel (analysis) and particularly PowerPoint).Advanced spelling and grammar.Why Urbis?Urbis is committed to fostering a work environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility, and welcomes diversity.
