About the RoleOur client, a prominent NSW government department, is embarking on a Data Transformation that involves the implementation of a new data management system.
This will revolutionise how they manage, share, and utilise critical information.
We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to lead the change management and communications strategy for this exciting initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a change management strategy tailored to the project's goals and timelines.Create and execute a robust communications plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and supportive.Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify challenges and opportunities.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to support the workforce through the transition.Measure and report on change readiness, adoption, and project outcomes to ensure alignment with objectives.Provide expert advice to senior leaders on managing change and overcoming resistance effectively.About YouWe're looking for a motivated and adaptable professional with:
