Your role There is a fine red thread across the people value chain that requires technology, candidate and colleague experience to be well designed, to achieve the right upstream and downstream solution.
The Change Analyst for our TA technology stack will work closely with our impacted teams to make sure our new tools and processes positively support ways of working, and support with training and embedding of the solution.
More specifically you will be focused on: Capturing detailed change impacts from existing technology to new tech stack, helping to understand interventions required to help impacted teams/personas to utilise new tools.Effectively managing any risk in change activity, through deep understanding of current state to future state controls and principles.Coordinating and orchestrating the Change & Communications plan.Delivering Change & Communications plan to drive awareness, and uplift recruiter adoption – scheduling regular demos with key impacted teams.Developing and execution of the learning plan for the program.Creating, maintaining and conducting analytics reporting and extracting key insights for future communications plans, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on approach.Monitoring key engagement channels to ensure appropriate and up-to-date content.Facilitating business engagement about the required communication outcomes and obtain sign off from impacted stakeholders.Your skills and Experience You have extensive HR project management experience, ideally within Talent based systems (Including CRM, Assessment and AI tools), processes, and ways of working.You are a highly effective communicator, able to support business stakeholders and impacted teams to understand the change and support them with adoption.You have a solid understanding in change management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, and are curious and proactive in identifying solutions to help take impacted teams on the change journey.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
