Currently, they are looking for an Organisational Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives in relation to a S/4HANA Cloud migration.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change and communication impacts from solution impacts.Develop and manage Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA) and ensure all change actions are captured.Liaise with relevant parties to coordinate BCIA responses and meet governance requirements.Oversee communication impacts, including software change notifications and defect-related updates.Address communication impacts arising from risks and issues.Manage communications artefacts required for release governance gates.Review and enhance change and communication processes with streamlined tools and workflows.Key Experience: Proven experience in a similar Senior Change Analyst role.Experience creating change and communication materials, including presentations and knowledge content.Proven success in implementing change management activities, driving efficiency and lasting improvements.Exceptional communication and consultation skills, building strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and priorities.The Offer: 11 month contract.$883 per day inclusive of super OR + GST.Office based in Brisbane.If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
