SWARH is embarking on a refresh of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) application that underpins the clinical operations of multiple health sites within this region.
The Trak-Edition Project is responsible for delivering this refresh as well as taking the opportunity to review and refine the way our organisation uses its EHR.
This is a multi-year project that has an overarching clinical nature, the Change Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of this initiative and will need to be experienced and organised with excellent communication skills.About the roleThe Change Analyst is key in the execution of scalable change management practices to help ensure the TrakCare EHR Project meets objectives and enables realisation of benefits as identified in the project's business case.
Reporting to the Change & Learning Manager, the Change Analyst will work to drive the synthesis and standardisation of clinical functions and workflows, with the upgrade and extension of SWARH's core Electronic Health Record application.
