Together we enable the connected future.Want to be part of the team?I am seeking an experienced Change Analyst with experience in Electronic Medical Record in Melbourne to take up a role till June 2025 with a view of extension.Your day at NTT:A minimum of 5 years plus experience in project delivery as a business analyst.A minimum of 3 years experience in the Change Analysis domain.Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy.Experience in working with change management tools and methodologies.Experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed.Extensive experience with documenting business requirements through various forms including user stories, etc.Proven experience facilitating workshops with a diverse audience.Experience in capturing business & system process flows, including capturing business process as-is and to-be states in process flows.What makes you a good fit:Experience creating documentation to increase employee awareness and promote productivity and ensure user adoption of deployed services.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and work directly with stakeholders.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide leadership to those with less experience.Negotiate and resolve problems, challenging opinions where necessary to achieve quality outcomes.Experience working in government departments and/or related agencies is preferred.Experience with the health sector is preferred.If you think you match this requirement then email me your CV NOW!Join our growing global team and accelerate your career with us.
