The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) drives CommBank's data, analytics, and AI acceleration, aiming to develop advanced capabilities in analytics, information management, and decision-making. This role sits in the CDAO Transformation and Change (CoE), reporting to the Senior Change Manager – Practice and Governance.
In this role
You will support CDAO Transformation and Change initiatives, starting with assessment, analysis, and documentation. As you gain confidence and experience, you will be exposed to managing end-to-end change.
Do work that matters

Conduct change analysis and assessments to understand impacts on stakeholders.
Support the planning and delivery of comprehensive change, developing change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise adoption.
Support the identification, management, and engagement of stakeholders.
Support change transition and adoption through communication, engagement, coaching, training, and tracking metrics so change becomes 'business as usual'.
Support the implementation of business readiness tracking metrics to ensure quality measures.
Support the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
Support the creation of change collateral including presentations, SOPs, training material, reference, and support material.
Lead the development of change artefacts.
Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline using metrics and data.
Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to help build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing, learning, and problem solving.

We're interested in hearing from people who have

Interest or exposure in AI.
Awareness of change management methodologies and behavioural change.
Curious mindset and keenness to learn and grow.
Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders.
Sound written and verbal communication.
Sound risk management experience to support better risk outcomes.
Understanding of the various impacts of change and business drivers in Technology is beneficial.
Experience in planning, supporting, or conducting workshops, facilitating working groups, designing stakeholder engagement.
Sound organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise.
Sound understanding of and experience in working in Agile.
