Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the airline catering industry? Chandler Macleod is hiring Production Chefs/Cooks for our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth. As a Production cook/chef, you'll be integral to delivering meals to airline passengers. Working in a high-volume environment, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling food to client specifications and exceeding customer service expectations. You will be required to maintain the company's policy in relation to HACCP and OHS in accordance with Federal and State Government Regulations.
Rate : $33.96 p/h + Afternoon, Night and Weekend Penalties
Flexibility : Across a 7-day roster, 25 to 40 hours per week
Location : Eastern Suburbs of Perth
What You'll Do: Work within strict time constraints to achieve internal KPIs. Manage food production; controlling stock levels and quantities prepared. Conduct quality control checks. Coordinate Catering Assistants. Who We're Looking For: Experience: Commercial Cookery Certificate III or IV. Commitment: Willingness to undergo a full medical assessment and obtain a National Police Clearance. Flexibility: Available for day shifts and occasional overtime (Rotating roster Monday to Sunday).
