Ongoing, part-time position (3 days per week) Chairo Christian School is a growing non-denominational Christian school with 1,800 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

We are currently seeking the services of a dedicated First Aid Administration Assistant to work at our Pakenham campus, commencing in Term 1 next year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and assist with all aspects of the sickbay, as well as providing support for a range of general office administration tasks.
Some key responsibilities will include the following:
Providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle Providing first aid and dispensing medications to students as required Supporting the First Aid Officers through the smooth running of the sickbay Ensuring a safe and positive environment so that students can feel they are cared for Supporting the First Aid Officers with administration tasks associated with the sickbay Ensuring all first aid and medical requirements are met for camps and excursions The successful candidate will also possess the following important characteristics:
Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith Administration experience in a school setting (desirable) Excellent people skills, and a professional and friendly demeanour High standard of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Ability to provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check The safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
