CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well-established and reputable tier 2 commercial building head contractor who are delivering a high rise $80m+ residential/mixed use development in one of the affluent Perth metro suburbs NOR and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to play a key role within the business on the project.
The Client
A tier 2 builder who specializes in delivering new build commercial & residential construction projects typically ranging from $30m-$150m.
They have a highly experienced senior leadership team and have been a builder of choice in the high-end apartments space, with a proven track record of delivering both larger scale mixed use and apartment projects within Perth & Western Australia.
The Role - Site Manager
Working in close collaboration with a highly experienced and well-regarded Senior Project Manager in the industry, you'll take a lead role overseeing a high-quality delivery team.
A relatively complex build for a high-profile developer in Western Australia, so an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinking, driven Site Manager who has excellent technical knowledge but also excellent communication skills, well suited to a "bigger picture" thinker in an overarching senior position on the project.
Experience
Open to background, this opportunity could suit either a driven and ambitious Site Supervisor who is ready to take that next strategic step, or an experienced Site Manager who has a proven track record of delivering complex new build developments upwards of $50m.
On offer is a highly competitive and above market rate remuneration package, an iconic project under construction, a healthy pipeline of projects and new work to follow, and an opportunity to join a builder who are consistently delivering high profile developments across Perth.
Salary will be commensurate with experience upwards of $200k+.
