About Us:
Our client is an award-winning luxury residential builder known for their custom designs and exceptional quality. Situated in the Milton area, they are currently seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the primary liaison between the company and potential clients, managing the entire home-buying journey. Reporting directly to the business owner that heads up sales, you will have the autonomy to craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Your role will be 3 days per week based in Worongary, 1 day per week from their Milton office, and the other day will be from home. Your 2 days off will be during the week, and weekend working (Saturday & Sunday) is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete home-buying process from initial contact to final sale. Develop and execute sales strategies with a high degree of independence. Cultivate and manage leads, ensuring effective qualification and conversion. Leverage your expertise to navigate the custom homebuilding market. Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication skills. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in New Homes Sales Proven track record as a proactive self-starter with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities. Expertise in generating and optimizing leads. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions. Solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
