Job Summary:
We are seeking an Air Conditioning Project Manager with 4-5 years' experience to oversee the successful delivery of our HVAC projects. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of HVAC Systems.
Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure that project objectives are achieved.Prepare and submit project reports to clients and company management.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that installation work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.Supervise and provide direction to project team members, including technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.Qualifications:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a trade qualification in Air Conditioning (Cert 3 TAFE).Min 4-5 years of experience in project management in the air conditioning industry.Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC projects from planning to completion.In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, industry codes, and regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.Apply now!
