Your Team
You will be part of the Risk and Operations team which sits within our Superannuation & Investments (S&I) business unit. S&I is responsible for delivering great superannuation, pension, and investment products to customers. The Risk and Operations team is responsible for S&I Line 1 Risk, Product Governance, Disclosure, Enterprise Risk and S&I Operations.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Acting Director, Line 1 Risk S&I, you will join the team on a maximum term contract and provide Line 1 Risk support to the S&I business to maintain and deliver their strategic objectives in a compliant manner. You will also support the existing team to deliver a large pipeline of projects and initiatives in FY25/FY26.
You will achieve this by:
Providing support to the Line 1 Risk Team with the management of Risk Matters/Compliance Assessments, Controls Testing/Assessments. Providing support to the Line 1 Risk team in the successful delivery of Projects and Initiatives for FY25/26. Facilitating the delivery of key Line 1 BAU activities such as Risk Management Declaration, Audits, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Risk Culture Uplift, Risk Profiling, Obligations, Data Quality Uplift, Managed Service Provider (MSP) onboarding/reviews and Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) requirements. Your Capability and Experience
Experience in Line 1 Risk, or equivalent experience in a Product or business role in Superannuation & Investments. Experience with risk systems, risk matters and controls testing. Ability to solve complex problems and drive process improvements. Previous experience in end-to-end delivery of projects/initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop working relationships across both CFS and within the team. What to Expect
