They focus on building strong relationships with their clients and are engaged on some of Australia's most prestigious projects.Reporting to the CEO, the CFO is responsible for both the management of all accounting matters as well as providing commercial support in terms of business planning and strategy. You will have the opportunity to flex both your accounting and business skills as you will be seen as a driver of future expansion in local and overseas markets. Sitting on the senior management team you will also be involved in contract negotiations and analysis to ensure profitability across all projects.Key accountabilities include:Management of the finance team of 5Oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process (opex and capex)Development of group strategic plansMonthly reporting packs including commentariesExternal reporting and compliance including taxProcess and system improvementsCommercial analysisManagement of group cashflowMinimum Requirements:5+ years as CFO in a Construction business15+ years total experienceStrong leadership and influencing skillsAbility to drive strategy through to executionThis is a great opportunity to work with a CEO and an organisation that really want the finance team to be involved in the management of the business, where your input will be valued, and you can be integral to future success.You must have either an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen visa.
