Core responsibilities:
Head of FP&A – E2E ownership over their FP&A function
IPO readiness – Prepare the company for IPO readiness
Leadership - Mentor a team of finance professionals
Business Intelligence & Automation – Develop a center of excellence for BI insights, dashboards and process improvement
Influencing ELT - Work with key business stakeholders
Must-have attributes:
Established credentials in IPO readiness
Experienced FP&A professional (7+ years in FP&A leadership roles)
Performance culture driven
Servant Leadership style
Executive presence – Great storyteller, strategic-minded, keen eye for detail
