About the Role Based in Rockhampton QLD, the role will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
The key responsibility areas around operational focus include maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
