We are experiencing an exciting period of growth and change, positioning the company as one of the most prominent property service providers.About the RoleBased in Rockhampton QLD, the role will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, research, preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About youWe are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
