About the role We have an opportunity for a qualified CPV or RPV to work in the Northern Melbourne region looking to further develop their career in the valuations industry.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, desktop and digital valuations, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
Working with Opteon's best in market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.
We have significant work volume, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.
About you We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualificationsRPV and/or CPV statusStrong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skillsAbility to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environmentThe position is based in Northern Melbourne with flexible working arrangements offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
Candidates with all, or some of the skills plus a willingness for further professional development, will be considered for the position.
