About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Tasmanian team. Working across a diverse market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space, with the ability to develop into other asset classes, this individual will hold their Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification and will have Commercial Valuation experience.

About You You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on providing quality valuations, servicing customers and continuing to grow your career and skillset in the Commercial Sector as well as meeting the following criteria:
3 years + experience as a CPVDegree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualificationsStrong knowledge base and understanding of the commercial property industryExcellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skillsExceptional customer service and stakeholder communication, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain great relationships with a broad range of stakeholdersA passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitudeWe offer rewarding careers for outstanding individuals, a positive and inclusive culture, and the distinct opportunity for high performers to develop professionally.
