About the Role Located in Geraldton WA, the Certified Practicing Valuer role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner in the residential space (however a residential/commercial skillset will be viewed as beneficial) commercial, industrial, and retail space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you We are seeking a driven professional with a CPV qualification, appropriate valuation skills with exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a commitment to professional development, together with: Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with residential (and/or commercial) valuation experience.
