Cert Iv Business Trainer (Bsb40120)

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Business Trainer to deliver dynamic and sector-relevant workplace training and assessment to learners and provide ongoing support and mentoring that helps our students to achieve their career goals.
This role will involve: Classroom-based delivery of the Workplace Skills qualification.
Delivery of training and assessment of Certificate II – Certificate IV in Business qualifications.
Please note, this role may require travel to multiple locations to deliver training and complete trainee assessments.
CCG has company pool cars which can be used for these occasions.
The role Deliver training to students in accredited courses that meet or exceed all regulatory and quality requirements for Vocational Education and Training (VET).
Ensure all delivery methods are engaging for a diverse range of learners and learning styles.
Maintain professional currency in the relevant industry area of specialisation to ensure skills and knowledge reflect current industry practices.
Maintain a working knowledge of compliance and quality requirements for VET training.
Attend and participate in CCG staff training as required.
Undertake at least six professional development activities per calendar year with three related to industry and three related to VET skills and knowledge.
