All of their centres are purpose built, with bright, spacious and well resourced rooms, as well as large & innovative outdoor areas.
By joining this group of EXCEEDING centres you will benefit from the support of an experienced and supportive management team, above award rates paying $27-$40 ph depending on your qualifications and experience, non contact programming time and 1 rostered day off per month also the opportunity to work part time 3 or 4/5 days a week!
Locations include Seaforth Lane Cove Dee Why Narrabeen Freshwater Manly Mosman Cremorne Narraweena Warriewood Artarmon Chatswood Crows Nest Roseville Key responsibilities included but are not limited to: Write and implement program based to the centre's philosophies Interacting and supervising children in their learning and play Planning and running group times with children Guide and support the children to enhance their learning and development Complete individual portfolios and observations Liaise with parents regularly to ensure they are updated on their child's progress Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth running of daily routines and the centre The successful candidate will have: A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childcare A current First Aid Certificate Previous experience in a centre environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
