Seeking a dynamic leader with drive and passion to guide the organisation.The CEO will be responsible for the ongoing, successful management of the organisation in accordance with the strategies, policies, mission and values.The breadth of this role requires a high level of clinical skills & business acumen including strong financial management, leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to others ensuring the optimal level of care is provided to residents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Aged Care and be competent in all aspects of executive management.About the role:Responsible for oversight of clinical care, strategic planning, operations and financial managementHands on role overseeing all operations of the facility including but not limited to clinical care, accreditation, and staffing.Stand alone RACF that has been in business for over 25 yearsReporting to the boardSmall home that is fully accredited until 2027Excellent package with NFP benefitsSkills required:Current AHPRA registration - DIV 1 is essentialExtensive experience as a Senior Manager within the aged care sectorUp to date with the changing environment of Aged CareGreat understanding of aged care legislationExcellent communication skills both written and verbalOrganized and an ability to use online systemsStrong commercial acumen including working with operational budgets and financial management
