Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's success in a dynamic industry landscape.Ensure commercial sustainability and success in a rapidly growing sector.Lead and cultivate a purpose-driven team and a culture of excellence.Oversee and enhance the operational performance of a vibrant, people-focused organisation, driving asset optimisation and delivering value to the community.Key Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications. Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.
