You will champion Soldier On's mission, overseeing daily operations, driving the organisational strategic plan, and strengthening relationships with government, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.As the CEO, your responsibilities will include:Demonstrating leadership expertise in steering an organisation towards success;Securing sustainable, long-term income streams to support Soldier On's objectives;Fostering strategic partnerships and raising awareness of veterans' needs across government, community, and industry.Key AccountabilitiesUphold Soldier On's reputation as a leading national not-for-profit ESO in fundraising, business development, and brand recognition;Drive financial growth and sustainability to support the organisation's future direction;Lead and inspire a professional service delivery team;Oversee the development and execution of the 5-year strategic plan;Represent Soldier On across government, community, industry, sponsors, and potential benefactors.To succeed in this role, you will possess:High-level leadership and representational skills;Strong professional and personal integrity;A community-focused approach with a track record of service delivery;Experience managing large or complex operations, ideally within the ESO sector;Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and influence those around you.What We OfferAt Soldier On, we are committed to fostering a workplace that supports both personal and professional growth while empowering you to make a meaningful impact.
