The successful candidate will use strong management skills and entrepreneurial experience to lead a small team to deliver outcomes for the Cullen Bay community.The Cullen Bay Marina Management Corporation is a membership-based body that owns and manages the common waters of the Cullen Bay Marina, the lock, and parts of the commercial district. We are not only the top tier Darwin marina but also create and manage friendly welcoming spaces for overseas visitors and residents. CEO responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies for Committee approval. The implementation of the Corporation's new Master Plan will be a focus, as will a more entrepreneurial approach to revenue generation, including developing and proposing a comprehensive strategy to enhance the amenity and value to Cullen Bay residents and the community.To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring safety and strong stakeholder relationships.
