Centre Visits Clerk

Our NSW Government client is hiring for a highly capable Centre Visiting Clerk to join the organisation.
Based in Cessnock, this role requires someone in office 5 days a week, from Tuesday through to Saturday.
Role Title : Centre Visits Clerk
Duration : Immediate start to 11 / 02 / 2025.
Hourly Rate : $27.20 to $40.80 + Super Location : Cessnock, 2325.
5 days per week in office, Tuesday through to Saturday.
Key Accountabilities : Taking Telephone bookings for visiting inmatesAllocating telephone numbers to inmates following checks.Entry into management system and filing.Assisting in other administrative tasks as and when needed.About You : Due to the sensitive nature of the role full Background and Police checks will be conducted for this role.An ability to work in a diligent manner.Proficiency in computer systems and being able to use Microsoft Office.Candidates must be based in or around the Greater Hunter Area (NSW) and must possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
