We are seeking the appointment of a Centre Technician for our Kalgoorlie Service Centre.
The RoleAs a Centre Technician you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers.
You will become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication.
The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.
You will be provided with training towards a long term goal of Mobile Sales and Service Technician.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
General TasksSupport in daily operation of the Hose Service CentreLearn hose assembly, Machine/Weld and pipe-bending proceduresAssist to customers' needs at counter and on the phonePick-up and deliver goods as requiredYouTo be considered for this position you will ideally have:A strong understanding of customer serviceGood telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to carry out instructionsA knowledge of the industry or similar typeTrade certificate is an advantage but not essentialAbility to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devicesPossess a current drivers' licence – Ability to drive manual is essentialBe computer literate and have good literacy and numeracy skillsWell presented and groomedStrong work ethic and pride in workmanshipAbility to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solveDesire to be a team playerLive within a reasonable distance to the businessAn understanding of WHS and Safe Work PracticesMaintain neat and tidy dress and appearance in line with Pirtek Dress Code PolicyHow to ApplySend your resume to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
