Centre Technician

As one of our Centre Technicians, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality customer service and plant & machinery repair work to our customers. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customer types. This is a hands-on role in our fast-paced workshop.
You will be part of a team serving customers over the counter, taking sales inquiries over the phone, and providing the highest standard of customer service which we all pride ourselves on giving.

A mechanical background The Role Previous hose assembly experience is not essential; however, you will ideally have:
A trade certificate and/or previous experience within the Hydraulics industry being highly regarded A strong understanding of and a commitment to faultless customer service Strong verbal and written communication and numerical skills Organized and reliable, with a team player attitude An underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail The ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure A readiness to uproot and relocate to Port Hedland #J-18808-Ljbffr
