This organisation is well established and boasts an enviable client portfolio. The Role: Our client is seeking to appoint a Part Time Centre/ Operations Manager to be an integral part of their team. You will be required to manage the centre effectively by way of excellent retailer relations, management of soft services and oversee the day to day functions of the centre. Day to day: Be responsible for building and driving Retailers' & Stakeholder's relationships Assess and report the Centre's performance Collecting rent, debt collection and arrears management Oversee any fit-out work liaising with tenants, contractors and leasing Manage the soft services for the centre The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role you will ideally have: Experience working within shopping centres Opportunity for an Admin Manager or Facilities Manager to STEP UP or an experienced Centre Manager seeking work/ life balance!
