DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day management of Westpoint Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The Centre Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
About the role Lead, manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceDevelop and implement strategies to increase profitabilityBuild strong relationships with the local community, retailers, broader team and other stakeholdersMaintain a safe and efficient environment by enforcing policies and proceduresFinancial management including forecasting & budgeting, ensuring financial targets are met and constant understanding of all arrearsManage the centre to the highest standards of presentation and risk managementReview and analyse centre performance including rent reviews, managing budgets and the preparation of monthly reportingImplement income-generating initiatives throughout the yearStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, make recommendations for improvements and identify opportunities for cost savingsAbout you Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager in a retail shopping centre environment.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desirableMinimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in the shopping centre industryAbility to communicate effectively at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with a range of stakeholdersProven experience with leading high-performance teams and implementing continuous improvementStrong understanding of property finance fundamentals and investment metrics along with accounting skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareGood understanding of the drivers of a successful Shopping CentreAbility to understand the retail lease requirements for tenants.Based at our Westpoint Blacktown Shopping Centre, this is an exciting time to join Haben and be a part of a growing business.
