With supportive Operations and Education teams, a practice coordinator to support one-on-one learning with all employees and a passionate centre team, you will have everything you need to hit the ground running. About You! We are looking for people passionate about the Early Childhood industry, who can inspire others and be a fundamental part of the centre team. You will have a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood, with at least 1 year of experience in Leading a team of educators and at least 3 years in the Early Childhood field. Montessori knowledge is preferred but not required. Training in Montessori knowledge will be provided throughout your ongoing journey with us. You will be fun , energetic, friendly , motivated and willing to become part of our Montessori Beginnings family . Sponsorship available for the right candidate. About the Role! The Centre Manager is the captain of the ship and provides inspiring leadership, genuine relationships and a positive motivating presence for families, children and educators. They will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration of the centre, ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families. The right person will also be required to be flexible in their full-time working hours and be able to be responsible for the role of opening and closing of the Centre when necessary. They will be responsible for overseeing the staff team including staff rostering, mentoring and performance and centre compliance and operations. A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential and good leadership and mentoring skills are vital. About Us!
