We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Centre Director to lead this facility and create a high-quality, nurturing environment for children and families.Role Overview:As the Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of care and education, and manage a team of skilled educators. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with families, guiding staff, and ensuring the centre meets and exceeds industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the centre in delivering exceptional early childhood educationBuild and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the communityEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsMentor and support a team of educators and staff membersManage centre budgets, enrolment, and resources effectivelyImplement innovative programs to encourage children's learning and developmentAbout You:Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification)Extensive experience in a leadership role within early childhood educationStrong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsAbility to foster a positive and inclusive environmentCompetitive salary package and supportive, family-oriented work culture.
