The Centre comprises Big W, Kmart, Woolworths and Coles supermarkets and approximately 170+ specialty stores.Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, the Centre Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day centre operations and the centre management team to meet the expectations of various stakeholders and deliver the optimum investment return for the property.What you will be doingLeading and developing the Centre Management Team, establishing a culture of high performance with a strong focus on customer service and delivery to tenants whilst ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including retailers, customers and local authorities to ensure prompt issue resolution.Managing Critical retailers and formulating strategies in consultation with the Centres Leasing Executive and Portfolio General Manager.Identifying appropriate and relevant Business, Communication and Marketing Plan strategies and objectives and managing the team to deliver against those.Preparing, reviewing and successfully delivering the Base Asset Plan including meeting all income, expenditure and financial targets.Developing and implementing strategies to optimise rental, minimise abatement, vacancy risks and secure income.What makes you stand outTo be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with a strong track record as a Centre Manager delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth within shopping centre or a Retail Manager wanting to take the next step into Centre Management.Experience developing and leading a high performing team is also required, as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
