Our centre caters for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years with thoughtfully designed spaces, creating our own "Home away from Home."
The Role
We have a really exciting opportunity for a New Centre Manager. We are looking for a leader who is excited about this unique opportunity and who is highly motivated and inspired to lead a cutting-edge centre and grow a team and community from day one! The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in various ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own research and professional growth.
Previous experience building a new centre would be an advantage but not essential.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the service and have opportunities to guide and mentor Educators, form partnerships with families, and engage within the wider community. You will work alongside our assistant director.

Requirements
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to discuss the salary package and conditions. To be successful in this position, it is expected that you have:
Demonstrated ability to build constructive working relationships with families and staff. ACECQA-approved Diploma of Children's Services or Early Childhood Teaching Degree or equivalent. Desirable - previous leadership and management experience. Current Working With Children Check. Child Protection Training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm. Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates. Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the NQF and NQS. Understanding of and commitment to exemplary practice that the Early Years Learning Framework informs. Effective skills in conflict resolution, team building, and implementation of performance review processes. Extensive working knowledge of CCS software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements. Remuneration will be negotiable, dependent on the applicant's skills and abilities. Hours and specific roles and responsibilities will be discussed and negotiated at the interview level.
