Our service caters for 120 children across seven nature-themed classrooms. We take pride in our connections with our community and the trusted relationships we have created with our families. About the Role Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.A current Working with Children's Check.Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.Why work for Affinity?
