About the Centre:
We are a unique centre, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Northern Beaches. Our service caters for 120 children across seven nature-themed classrooms. We take pride in our connections with our community and the trusted relationships we have created with our families. We consider that early childhood education is the foundation of all children's learning, so our team is passionate about delivering quality learning, alongside the best care possible. About the Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About you

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
