Full timeOur client is a full-service Commercial Property Agency known for its excellence in the retail property market. They are currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a busy shopping centre in Perth's northern suburbs.In this role, you will be responsible for maximising the financial performance of the centres and the success of their retailers, while also driving team development with a mentorship-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:Client Liaison: Maintain direct communication with the property owner, managing all aspects of operations, marketing, leasing, and general centre activities.Budgeting & Planning: Develop and implement the annual income and expenditure budget, business plan, marketing strategy, and monthly performance reports.Financial Oversight: Ensure financial targets are met, manage arrears, maintain sinking funds, and forecast income and expenses.Leasing & Tenant Relations: Actively manage leasing, including tenant search, rent reviews, lease negotiations, advertising, and reconciliation of financials.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations and maintenance meet Workplace Health and Safety regulations and that comprehensive risk management strategies are in place.Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and present reports and updates to key stakeholders and interested parties.Centre Presentation: Conduct regular walk-throughs of the centre to ensure high standards of presentation, both internally and externally.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide your direct reports, setting clear performance goals and offering constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.Key Requirements:Proven experience in Centre Management or a Senior Retail Management role.Strong understanding of the retail property sector.A high level of financial acumen.A commitment to integrity, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.A proactive and collaborative approach to leadership, with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.To Apply:Please submit your application directly via the advert or email Chloe Thomas at ******.
