The Role You'll be based out of Milestones Early Learning Warners Bay while supporting 5 additional services across the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region. You will love the challenge of leading a team of educators as well as supporting the Senior Operations team!
Provide leadership and operational direction to an Affinity Education Group operated centre and in provide support when needed to our wonderful Area Manager and fellow services when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager wanting to join a rapidly growing company looking for the next step in your career.
In addition to a dedicated Operations team, you'll be fully supported by a national team including Quality, Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions - just to name a few.
