Join the CBRE – ISPT Retail Property Management Division Opportunity to grow your career with a global leader in property Geelong Metropolitan | Land of the Wurundjeri people We are looking for an experienced individual to join our CBRE – ISPT Retail Property team as our Centre Manager to work across this leading single level shopping centre. You will work onsite and be responsible for the overall performance of the property, general maintenance, and accuracy of lease/tenant information along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Deliver efficient and cost-effective operational management of the centrePosition and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the areaEnsure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with the relevant lease provisions Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirementsPrepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance, monitoring of all financial transactions Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful.
Extensive Retail Property Management experience within a shopping centre environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectationsAdvanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approachAn open driver's licence and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
