YMCA Vic Early Learning Centres (ELC's) are safe, supportive spaces offering high quality early learning education and care for children aged six weeks to five years old.
About the role This exciting leadership position will oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop a modern centre and a high performing team. As a motivated and customer-focused leader, the Centre Manager will lead a highly engaged and dedicated team in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in both a long day care and sessional kinder setting.

The service receives a significant amount of School Readiness Funding that is used to support educators in providing high quality education and care. The service also has an excellent and ongoing relationship with the Alannah and Madeline Foundation and Maternal and Child Health Nurses onsite. You'd also have regular access to the Y network including the leadership team who visit the service regularly to support the management of the service.
