The children and educators have access to a range of resources that will support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore, a commercial kitchen, and a modern and inspired learning environment filled with resources to support the children's development; the classrooms are like a home away from home.Your new role:Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.Manage your centre's performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre's KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results.Build strong relationships with families and the community.
