What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and financial targets.
Forge strong connections within the local community, including partnering with families and leveraging your marketing skills to boost centre occupancy.
Mentor and guide the team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Possess a current Working with Children Check.
Bring experience in a management or leadership role.
Demonstrate success in meeting targets and upholding safety and compliance standards.
