Your new centre:
The modern indoor space is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment. Filled with resources to support the children's development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.
Your new role:
Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.
Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.
Manage your centre's performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre's KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results.
Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours, and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert, and retain families.
Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolves to meet the highest standards.

What YOU need:
Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry.
Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid, and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma.
Previous experience with administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development, and training.
Experience managing a budget for an Early Years Education Centre.
